Benjamin, a beloved hamster, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2024, at the age of 6. He is survived by his best friend and human brother Aiden, along with Sally and Dave, their parents.

Together, Aiden and Benjamin made memories every day. The two could often be found sprawled out on the floor, playing with cardboard habitrails that turned into sprawling hamster palaces, where Benjamin would explore with endless curiosity and enthusiasm. Whether darting through tunnels or pausing to peek out with his signature look of mischief, Benjamin never failed to bring joy to those around him.

Benjamin was cute, fun, and always happy—a perfect little soul whose cheerful spirit will forever live in his family’s heart. He taught Aiden about care, playfulness, and the simple beauty of connection.

Benjamin will be honored at a private family ceremony. “I will miss him every day,” Aiden said.
